Dr.K.Sowmya, Associate Professor in the department of Pharmacology of our college was awarded “YOUNG SCIENTIST” award by Andhra Pradesh Akademi of Sciences, Amaravathi.
The award was given to Dr.Sowmya for her work in the field of medicine.

Governor of Andhra Pradesh Sri Bhiswabhusan Harichandan presented the award- a citation and a cash prize of RS.10000/- to Dr.Sowmya on 28th November 2019.
Management, Director General Dr.C.Nageswara Rao, Principal Dr.P S N Murthy, Medical Superintendent Dr.B N Chander and staff have congratulated her.
