There are huge challenges and risks that the health workers are facing globally including health care associated infections, violence, stigma, psychological and emotional disturbances, illness and even death. Furthermore, working in stressful environments makes the health workers more prone to errors which can lead to patient harm.
In this regard, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri has planned for the next e-edition of the magazine devoted to World Patient Safety Day: September 17th 2020 with the theme being Health Worker Safety: A Priority for Patient Safety. As the time is short, please let your imagination take its flight quickly, so as to make your submissions for the “World Patient Safety Day Edition of e-Magazine” by September 1st 2020.
Hence, we request you to kindly share and encourage your Faculty, Medical students and healthcare staff to send the entries under various heads of the theme under the magazine.
