TRAINING FOR BLOOD CENTRE STAFF OF GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH

Our skills lab has conducted training programme for Andhra Pradesh BLOOD CENTRES Staff Nurses, Counsellors and Technicians.

This programme is organized in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (APSACS).

For Blood Centre Staff Nurses the training programme was conducted for 3 days from 1^st to 3^rd June 2023. A total number of 42 Staff Nurses were trained.

For Blood Centre Counselors a 5 day training programme was conducted from 6^th to 10^th June 2023. A total number of 15 Counselors were trained.

For Blood Centre Technicians training programme was conducted for 5 days from 20^th to 24^th June 2023. A total number of 30 Technicians were trained.

All the above were given inputs in Blood Harvesting, Separation of Components and the method of giving them to the recipients. All the above trainees were given certificates at the end of the programme.
