As a part of the festivities of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Siddharatha Academy of General & Technical Education, our college, Drs. Sudha & Nageswara Rao Siddhartha Institute of Dental Sciences, and Dr. C. Sobhanadri Siddhartha College of Nursing & Dr. C. Sobhanadri Siddhartha School of Nursing have jointly organized a medical & health awareness exhibition on our campus for a period of 7 days, i.e., from 4th August, 2025, to 10th August, 2025.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Sri Yarlagadda Venkat Rao garu, MLA Gannavaram and Whip, Government of Andhra Pradesh, at 10 am on 4th August, 2025.

The program was attended by Sri M. Rajaiah garu, President of Siddhartha Academy; Sri Vellanki Nagabhushana Rao and Sri Chanumolu Krishna Rao garu, Vice-Presidents of Siddhartha Academy; Sri Paladugu Lakshmana Rao garu, Secretary of Siddhartha Academy; Sri Sureddi Venkateswara Rao, Treasurer of Siddhartha Academy; and Sri N. Lalthi Prasad garu and Sri Sureddi Vishnu garu, Joint Secretaries of Siddhartha Academy, as guests of honor. Director General Dr. C. Nageswara Rao, Director Dr. C.V. Rao, Principal Dr. (Major) M.V. Bhimeswar, Medical Superintendent Dr. B. Anil Kumar, all the heads of the departments, faculty, admin staff, and students have attended the program.

Principal of Nursing College Dr. Vandana, Principal of Nursing School Shrimati Kalyani, and nursing faculty & students have also participated in the program.

The Chief Guest, Sri Yarlagadda Venkata Rao garu, spent more than 3 hours visiting all the stalls arranged by different departments of medical, dental, and nursing colleges in detail and appreciated the exhibition as educative and informative.

Overall, more than 30 stalls were arranged in this exhibition, giving information regarding how to maintain good health, the parameters of good health, and how to maintain good health by making small lifestyle changes. The exhibition focused on the wellness of the people, particularly students and rural people, by displaying the information on diseases and diseases caused by bad lifestyles.

Students are educated on health awareness by means of simple gameplay, quizzes, and crossword puzzles. During the period of exhibition, nearly 20,000 students from different schools and colleges of both Krishna & NTR districts, 7,000 members of the public from different villages around the area, and all the students and faculty of the Siddhartha Academy group institutions have visited the exhibition.

The exhibition concluded on 10th August, 2025, at 5pm as per the schedule. During the entire period of exhibition, the press and electronic media have visited the exhibition and praised the usefulness and the way of conducting the exhibition, which is evidenced by press reports.
