We are pleased to announce that Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has identified our college as a lead institution for a pioneering pilot project: the AI-Powered Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) Teaching Program.
This initiative was designed to align with National Medical Commission (NMC) standards by integrating artificial intelligence into structured competency tracking and digital learning.
A comprehensive demonstration session on Implementing AI-Powered NMC CBME was successfully conducted by Dr. B. Chandra Sekhar, Ed Med AI in Lecture Gallery-2 to prepare our faculty for this transition. The session was attended by all Heads of Departments (HODs) and designated faculty coordinators.
During the session, Dr. Sekhar demonstrated how AI-driven platforms can provide transparent evaluation, personalized learning pathways, and continuous academic monitoring for MBBS students.
Following the demonstration, each department finalized their identified faculty coordinators to lead the program’s implementation at the departmental level. This project has set the stage for our college to become a leader in technology-enabled medical training in the state.
